  I have a breakable house that I got from the Daz Store in 2010, sadly it's no longer available in the store, it was Breaking The House by Powerage, so maybe you could contact him about getting it back in the store.

  I have one issue with the destructable buildings, there is never any mortor/cement on them, it kind of kills it for me; OK for a distance, but a problem for closeups.

  The broken house was a wooden frame house. It was available in his store on Rendo after it was here, I don't know whether it still is, though.
