There are a number of items in the massive legacy items sale currently priced at less than a dollar; they reprice to $1.99 when added to the cart.
This is currently priced at 80 cents; added to the cart it becomes $1.99.
So there should be no items in that sale selection priced less than 1.99. Daz will remove them shortly. In the meantime, purchasing without a Massive debut item, keeps the prices on those cheaper items at their low price.
Edit: because of the way the rules work, looks like the items will stay and you just need to purchase them without a massive debut item in the cart.

I don't know if this is a glitch, but I've found two of Lil Flame's items listed in the Never Forget Artists sale at 84% off, but they revert to %60 in the cart. Here's an example: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-faraway-outfit-for-genesis-9

Yes some items are set at higher sale (like say 84%) but once we include them into the cart that drops. There's more items doing that as I had much more in the cart.
These are showing 60% off on the store page for me.
This morning many were from some vendors not all were set at 70% and with a new item the sale got even better and up to 84% even while stored into the cart. It lasted for several hours but when I came back a few hours later, the set prices in my cart were changed around 12pm here, but not with all vendors as stated before. I imagine that those 70% tags were a mistake and quickly got corrected.
Where is this item found, what part of the sale and what makes it free, please?
It's on the Daz+ member page. It's the weekly freebie but it's been put with the 'New Releases' (it was still free for me). One of the other 'New Releases' posted by Jack in the members' forum isn't showing up there as a new release where it should (https://www.daz3d.com/medieval-churches-1)

It was free yesterday, so something with today's rules must have changed it.
I had it in my cart yesterday and then saw a message in my cart saying an offer was about to expire. I wasn't sure if it was the free meeting room or something else, so I just bought the cart before the countdown ended. Considering that the Mega Flash Sale was still up long after, I can only assume it was the meeting room (athough I don't know why that would've been timed or stopped being free so soon after it went free)
There is probably a mistake with the Character Bundles for Premier: I see an outfit (BW Faeryn Olympia Outfit) instead of a character. Shouldn't the bundle for Centaur 9 be there?

Not positive, what you're trying to say. Are you saying that the bundle doesn't have the character in it, or is the character bundle itself missing?
I'm seeing the same as caravelle. The Lauryn Character Bundle is there but the Olympia Outfit also appears as one of the Premier Character Bundle options (even though the outfit isn't a bundle, let alone a charcater bundle)
