This character looks like... The Mass Effect alien. Has anyone seen this? Love the skin. Looks useful, and the outfit? It is on the contact us page.

    It does look like Liara who is a member of the Asari race from Mass Effect. There is a seller who got banned from another site for selling game models who has there own site rigging game models for DS and selling them and they have a Liara model, don't know if this is it though.

    Apparently it is mostly morph from DarioFish at rendo.   Image is also on Deviant, which is where I got that info from. Presumably the artist has a gallery here.  and indeed also found it in the Gallery   http://www.daz3d.com/gallery/#images/14508/

    Yeah, that's a Dario Fish  morph...he's got some great aliens.
