Lily Munster hair?

Hey I was wondering if the black hair with the two white streaks by her face in the first image on the below character exists? If not is there somethIng very similar? Long hair down to around the back or knees? The one I am looking for is like a wig worn by Yvonne Decarlo on the Munsters (1960's) or something of a similar look like that character has there. Or how was it made? Either way if someone knows the name of the hair used I really would appreciate it.

if anyone knows of a character set of or similar to Al Lewis as grandpa as well as anything else from his appearance and wardrobe I would be eternally grateful.
