Missing templates?

Okay, I just purchased Maclean's Everyday Frames and Mirrors. The product page says there are templates so we can use our own images. It says these templates are available through the Product Library.

There are no templates listed in my product library.

The store was being gliutchy during the purchase. Does anyone else who has purchased this have the promised templates listed in their Product Libraries?

    I don't have the Frames and Mirrors product, but I generally find it more convenient to generate templates using mcjTemplate rather than hunt down possibly non-existant templates on in my runtime or the product wiki. The advantage being I can create templates at whatever resolution I like, and I can keep mcjTemplate handy as a custom action.

    Hi JOdel,

    I just checked the store page and can't see any sign of the templates. I did upload them, so I know they should be available.

    I'll send an e-mail to QA and ask them to get this fixed. Sorry for the hassle. Unfortunately, it does happen from time to time.

    Templates should be here https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_22276 (link will go to the product Library page, if you own the set) rather than on the store page - but they aren't there for me either.

    QA are onto it and will upload the missing templates. Keep an eye on the page for an update er.... soon... (They said tomorrow, but I don't want to make any rash promises)
