Clothes Converter 4 Key - Where is it?

Hi there, I hope you're well.
I purchased Markus Dunn's Clothes Converter 4 on 25 May 2020, when I could afford it. However, I only installed it today on 06 October 2020, now that I need it.
Would you please be so kind as to tell me where on God's Earth to find the required USERNAME and KEY?
I looked in Product Library and Installation Folder but there's no USERNAME and KEY there.

I bought Wrinkle3D by the same person a while back and it accepted the userkey and serial
but like Clothes converter it DOESN'T RETAIN IT
