  Had really good results with "CES 3D’s Tube Maker for Daz Studio". It's a script from 3dshards.com. They are not rigged, but can be generated on demand via control objects.

  Those are not photoshopped.  Daveyabbo created his own custom models most likely using Zbrush.  Otherwise you are left with Marketplace items such as the others have mentioned.

  At Renderosity's shop from Powerage is a product called "Electro Kit" with eight (or so) different cables and some other things to give your cyborg starting help
