Horo, not sure if you can get anymore realistic than this landscape. Awesome.
Thank you NGartplay.
Double stacked terrain from High Resolution Terrains 1 with materials from Grand Mountains. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from HDRI Enhanced Skies and the key light by the sun.
Another beautiful scene, Horo.
Thank you mermaid.
Horo - Superb scene, hope it's not a forecast of the weather down here !
Thank you Bunyip02 - well, high up it may ...
Another great landscape, Horo.
I used the 'Chambre d'amore' with a Genesis (3, I think) figure preparing for bed. Modifed the textures slightly because some were having high ambience. I also added some lights.
Horo, another beautiful landscape. Looks like a Bryce sky but it looks so nice here.
Hansmar, va va voom :) Great interior scene setup.
Hansmar - thank you. Great interior scene with the lady, the mirror-like reflection behind the curtains is a cool addition.
Thank you NGartplay.
Great interior scene, Hansmar awesome lighting
The terrain, materials and lighting from the Hdri Captured Volumetric Skies, the Spacehunter is a freebie.
mermaid - very nicely done mountains, I particularly like how the beach and water turned out, the sky looks also very interesting.
Double stacked terrain from High Resolution Terrains 1 with materials from the same set and a self made one. In front of the camera a warm-red filter from Lenses and Filters. Sky and ambient light by an unpublished HDRI and the key light by the sun. Ravines in a mountainscape.
Thank you, NGartplay, Horo and Mermaid010.
I agree with Horo, mermaid010, your render looks very good, specifically the sea and sky are awesome.
Very beautiful terrain and texturing, Horo. Your renders always look so realistic!
I made a couple of new abstract renders from a file that is in my files under the name 'Brinnen lighting'. I am very sure we made renders with this set-up before, but I wouldn't know when and under what thread. I now changed some things and made three renders. First one is with the original items, but modified textures. Second and third use the same textures on the items, but a different material for the plane and a different sky. The second sky is more or less (but not fully) the reverse of the first one (top-down).
Hansmar - thank you. Those three abstracts look very nice, great forms and colours.
Thanks Horo, another beautiful realistic scene, perfect materials and lighting.
Thanks Hansmar, three fantastic abstracts, very nicely done.
Thank you mermaid.
Hansmar - Bedroom scene looks exquisite - lighting is great ! Abstract renders are superb, middle one is my favourite !
Mermaid - Spacehunter render is excellent !
Horo - Double stacked terrain is awesome !
EDIT - Mixed up the renders, next time I won't do any comments as I am about to head for bed ! Thanks Horo !
Bunyip02 - thank you. The Spacehunter is by mermaid and I agree it is a excellent render. The Ravines in the Hills is indeed by me.
Mermaid010, Horo, Bunyip02, thanks very much.
I used a room from DAZ 3D, but weirdly cannot find it anymore in my DAZ files and do not remember the name. I made two very different scenes. One is using the original textures and shows a confrontation between a robot and a troll, while the other one (with a different camera setting and position) has modified (Bryce) textures and shows a lady sitting in a chair. In the last one I again added a reflection, but this time using a mirror.
Two very nice indoor renders, Hansmar. The first is dramatic and could be in a prison cell. The second looks like a cosy room even though it is the same room. Very nice how the lady sits on a chair and there is probably a cup of tea on the table; the cat on the carpet is sweet and the mirror is well placed.
Hansmar - Fabulous renders, favourite is the Troll and Robot planning their escape !
Thanks Bunyip02.
Hansmar - two outstanding interior scenes, I had to look twice to see if the room was the same, no doubt excellent work.
The setup is by Horo from the Advanced Layered Skies, the material I modified and lit by the Alienroom Hdri also by Horo.
I leave you all alone and I come back to wonderful renders.
mermaid, beautiful sky
Horo, again, such realism in your landscapes. Well done.
Hansmar, I remember that file. I think it was one of mine that I was playing with with David's lighting. We made renders with it. A fan of the troll and robot and your room setup is perfect.
mermaid, the lighting on your surreal render is well done.
Mermaid - Top-notch staircase !
Thanks NGartplay and Bunyip02
mermaid - excellent result with the reflections on the objects from the HDRI in the background.
NGartplay - thank you.
The object is pTurbine by richter (free at bryce5.com, 3ds Models) and below one turned on its head. The camera is within and rendered as 360 Panorama. Light by the Burns_SC HDRI (unpublished) from inside, no light from the outside. The HDRI was made from a render, also by richter, in 2009. Within an old and strange tower.
Very interesting results, Horo.
Horo - I agree very interesting result, thanks for the comment
