I don't know about the main promo render's outfit, but regarding the outfit used in other promo renders, that freebie by @amy_aimei looks very close:

There's actually a list of additional items used in the promo pics on the product page.
Since it's not listed there it's most likely something not sold here, so they can't link to it.
