According to the promo page this charactor comes with 8 expressions but I am unable to find where they are anyone know how to find them please?

Try selecting the character and looking in Parameters tab. Or select the character's head and look in the Parameters tab under Expressions.

Hope you can find the expressions.
Mousso usually names a character expression with that character name in it, so the simple way to find them is to select the character, to open the paramaters panel and with the root of the character selected here, to filter by their name (so in your case, just typing 'Nelly' should list any morph related to Nelly).
