Daz Install Manager login problem

My username and password works very well on website and i am able to login easily. but I am not able to login to DIM anymore, message:
Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again.
I am on windows 10 64-bit.

    Moved to Tech Support as it is not a Daz Studio application question. What antivirus are you running? Has it worked in the past, and if so has anything changed since the last time it worked?

    no antivirus, I just re-installed my windows and DIM again, but still not working.
