rescue problems

from the previous version to 4.24 after having made the first saving of the scene, in the subsequent saving sessions it does not keep memory of the previously saved file, how can I solve it? Thanks

    What do you mean?

If you mean that you want to save a new version of the scene file and still keep the previously saved scene file on your computer, you can use Save As... with a new file name, instead of just Save, which always overwrites previously saved file using the same filename. You could also buy a utility like Super Save that allows you to save incremental versions of the file with incremented numbers automatically appended to the filename.

If you mean something else, we don't yet understand what you are asking for.

If the issue is that it always acts like Save as, make sure you have soemthing entered for Author in Edit>Prefrences - if the scene has no author, or if the author doesn't match the current DS setting, then you will always get behaviour like Save As to reduce the risk of overwriting product files.

Richard, I bet you are right with that interpretation of the question.
