  I had this happen recently with an older product, after trouble shooting with customer service, they advised me to double check my download filters and sure enough I had to check an additional one for it to show up.  So double check your download filters in DIM and see if that helps.

  No Install Types listed so it does look like a server sdie issue, not a DIM filter issue. Reporting it.
