What does one have to do to get the 65% off Artist Mega Flash Sale? Non of the artists products are on sale when I go to their page and the items are not showing any discount in my car, regardless of whether I add something new or not.
What does "Flash Sale" mean? Do they change after a few hours?

It seems that a cart of free items no longer brings up the token interface, likely to prevent accidently wasting tokens on free items. However it also means you can't see if tokens are being used, perhaps from an earlier cancelled cart. The system needs to be set up to remove all tokens if a cart is only free items (or only a gift card), removing the token interface is not a solution.

This item shows up in the cart at 50%. But in the link on the prior page it says:
65% off‡
Artist Mega Flash Sale
And the ‡ = ‡ Discount excludes New Releases, Memberships, Gift Cards, and Daz Plus Items.
Cannot be used to discount items already owned.
To my knowledge this item isn't new, a membership, a gift card or a daz plus item.
It may be that it doesn't use the tokens even if they are applied before, but we will ask to be sure.
I just found out that it does, which leaves me out eight tokens, and with tickets so backlogged, I'm loathe to bother support to get them back as the last time I had token issues like this it seemed like a bother to fix.
OK, we will send them your details so they can see what happened and perhaps restoe the tokens in the process (but I can't promise that)
Not terribly worried. Tokens are nice but they're just a general use coupon, not items in their own right. It's more about the inability to correct the tokens when grabbing a freebie. That becomes an issue since they aren't automatically set to 0. (And I think if the tokens used can be auto-set to zero on freebie-only orders, then it should also be done for gift card-only orders too. I bet if fixed properly, it'd cut a number of sales support tickets.)
I just did this the other day - accidentally forgot to remove tokens when I emptied a cart to get some free stuff - and they were very quick to help me out when I opened a ticket.
Small point: Neither tokens nor coupons are working with the current $4.99 flash sale. However, the sale doesnot say that it doesn't stack with other offers. Either the sale needs to be fixed to allow coupons and tokens or the "does not stack' disclaimer should be added to the sale banner.
UPDATE: The sale banner has now been updated to indicate the saledoes not stack with other offers.
... um, absolutely everything in the "Artist Flash Sale" category in today's new sale page is not 60% off as it says it should be, but a flat $0.60.
As much as I'd like a million billion bargains, I think the artists might be a bit miffed to see their hard work going for literal pennies.

Looks like the $0.60 thing just fixed itself (they're still showing on the store pages as $0.60 but they don't stay $0.60 once they go in your cart). I was leaving them in my cart for a couple hours to see if they stayed like that or this was an error. Glad to see it fixed, although part of me wishes I'd just grabbed them all for 99% off (but not really, since the artists didn't want to sell them at that price). Probably would've been auto-refunded y the comany anyway due to the error
Any word on why this never was fixed?
I'm honestly really curious on how this error happened (it was strange to see the first page of my wishlist sorted from low to high being taken over by items priced $0.60 each time I refreshed it due to the cache being updated in the background): my best guess is that the UI used to create sales is asking people to input percentage as '0.6' (so the way it will be used when it's time to calculate the discounted price) and someone inputed that in the price field instead.
Or maybe Arsène Lupin infiltrated Daz Studio's office, knocking everyone out, and then taking advantage of the unlocked computer used to set the sale. Is your first name Justin and your last name Ganimard, @Matt_Castle ?

The items listed for $0.60 are only 60% in my cart. What's this?
Actually, I've alerted Daz. When we saw the error that they were 0.60, we were thrown off and they were corrected to 60%. They should be 65%.

Ok, here's what we have, which you may already understand, but I didn't. There are two sales. Last night's (which is still up) has a selection and those are 65% off. Tonight's selection is 60% off. A glitch caused items to show as 0.60 instead of 60%. That has been corrected and the cache has been flushed again, so hopefully the prices will display correctly, though they are correct in the cart.
The really weird part of this is according to https://www.daz3d.com/artist-mega-flash-sale the value should be 65%, not 60%.
That's yesterdays sale. The one mentioned is todays Artist flash sale, and that one is 60%.
My tokens have stopped working with the Wishlist sale from today's banner. The items are getting 75% off, but that doesn't change whether I've applied tokens or not.
mine too. I had the items in my cart, and were discounted to 92% with the tokens. They have now changed to 70% off. didnt save the higher discount cart however.
EDIT: Actually, the original cart was higher discount because the 3 items I chose were already discounted 65%. Then an additonal 70%, then my 6 tokens. Now it is just the straight 70%.
Yesterday's sale is still available and both sales are the exact same list of artists "flash" sale.
