Making nuru oil in Fluidos ii lite???

This may be a niche question but how do I create Nuru oil (nuru lube) in Fluidos ii lite? I've never messed around with fluidos so this is gonna be my first attempt at making a "fluid" with the plugin

I think nuru lube is more of a gel than an oil btw.
Are you wanting to do an animation or a still image?
There is a free "honey" scene for use with Fluidos here, i'm not sure if it will work with the Lite version though:

If you don't need it for anymation, just just need the shape (geometry), and then add a shader.
You should be able to do that without Fluidos.
What kind of shape are you after?
Fluidos II lite https://www.daz3d.com/fluidos-ii-for-daz-studio--lite-edition should work.
The LITE edition of Fluidos II may suffice for basic liquid simulations but lacks advanced features
like volumetric fire or complex smoke, which aren’t needed for nuru gel.
I guess what I'm asking is what settings do I need to set Fluidos to to replicate nuru gel?

It would be a good test of LITE edition of Fluidos II to see, if it works and if you like the results.

I actually just noticed you sent a link to it. It's worth a try. My question is how do I make the fluid clear? It's defaulted to yellow for that sample I believe.
Try such material for Nuru Gel:
- Select the Mesher: After the simulation, the Mesher object will contain the gel’s geometry.
- Create an Iray Shader:
- Go to the Surfaces tab and select the Mesher’s surface.
- Apply an Iray Uber Shader and configure it for nuru gel:
- Base Color: Set to a slightly translucent white or light gray for a realistic gel look.
- Metallicity: Set to 0 (non-metallic).
- Glossy Roughness: Set to a low value (e.g., 0.05–0.1) for a shiny, wet surface.
- Refraction Index (IOR): Set to ~1.33 (similar to water or gel) to mimic light bending.
- Translucency: Add slight translucency (e.g., 0.2–0.4) to give the gel a semi-transparent, glossy depth.
- Top Coat: Enable Top Coat with low roughness (e.g., 0.05) and high weight (e.g., 0.8)

- Test render in Iray to ensure the gel looks glossy and realistic. Adjust parameters based on lighting.
- Optional Wet Skin Effect:
- For the character, apply a wet skin shader by setting the Top Coat Weight to 1,
Top Coat Roughness to ~0.1, and IOR to 1.33 on skin surfaces to simulate gel residue.

I have only Fluidos II (not lite) and the render of frame 34 of simulation from Honey example scene
with material called Water - Dispersive from DAZ Uber folder located in Iray folder under Shader Presets

what is IOR?
Index of refraction, which specifies how light bends when encountering the surface(s) - it is an option in most Iray shaders.
Ohhh the skin of the characters I'm using doesn't have IOR
You don't apply IOR to the skin, you apply it to the goop.
How do I scale the scene to work with g9? I don't want to scale g9 down as I'm gonna drop the whole thing into a interior scene from a different Daz project

You can find the Scale options directly in the Domain's parameters.
Don't use the "main" ones but the ones in the Fluidos part.
Also, you can move around and resize the domain as much as you want but don't rotate it too much,
it could bring some unexpected behaviour in the fluids.
