I searched my entire runtime library and couldn't find any file named *tartare*. I uninstalled and reinstalled the asset nothing.
There are bunch of dsf files and duf files. But no png files.

How are you installing?
Did you install both files? The first is 1.0 GB in DIM, the second (which has the files you're missing) is 715 MB in DIM.
ETA - those are installed sizes; the download sizes are 282 MB for part 1 and 550 MB for part 2.
Installed with DIM. What other method is there? Unintslled, deleted download, redownloaded in DIM, installed with DIM, files still don't exist.
These are all the relevant directories, zips, I hope. Also attached is the manifest.dsx (zipped) from DD2 in which there are no Textures.
As Namffuak asked, did you install both files?
Dirty Dishes Food And Drink Expansion has TWO compnoents - you're showing the first of the two and Dirty Dishes which is a different product.
Like felis and namffuak said, you should have three files visibles after researching for Dirty Dishes (one for the base product, two for the extensions) so you're missing one.
Now I understand. The second component was HIDDEN in DIM. I have no idea how that could have happened. I can't imagine why I would have hidden it. Very odd.
Thanks all. Have an apple for your trouble. :)
