COIN TOSS: Julia 9 or Lyna 9 Character Bundle

I'm on my current on again off again Premier adventure and want to grab the free bundle. My chices are wither Lyna 9 HD Character Bundle | Daz 3D or Julia 9 HD Character Bundle | Daz 3D
Julia has a little bit more bang for buck as she is an HD character and with Lyna the HD add is one of the bundle its, so basicaly reduces overall bundle by 1 product. They both seem to offer close to the same overall impact though. I really do not need a stationary pack. The Lyna package is overall pretty decent other than the suit is one of many similar ones.
ANYWAY, WHICH CHARACTER DO YOU ALL FEEL HAS THE BETTER OVERALL SKIN TEXTURES?

Lyna 9. Her cyberpunk themed products offer more creativity compared to Julia's style. Yes, Lyna has the problem of the wasted HD Add-on, but her bundle has more creative products and I like her base model more than Julia. She has better textures than Julia.
There's also a better chance that Julia's bundle (or her character in general) could be featured in one of those random flash sales (or lightning deals) where not so much Lyna. I once picked up a Dain 9 bundle for less than $10 because it popped up on there. She's not much newer than him so either of those scenarios are possible.
Thanks. I went ahead and grabbed Lyna for the free bundle. I need to use 1 token today or lose it so will apply it to a new DAZ+ item, and get a few cents for it anyway. I used to buy both new DAZ+ releases but they've been not to my liking for a few weeks or more so just grab one that I like, or none. The tokens are basically gravy to me anyway, and I still have 10 until the 15th. My current premier ends the 18th, but after the screw last time, they ended it on the 17th at 7pm my time, I'll not let that happen again. DAZ Sales never did get back to me on my ticket, it was back in March.
well, I'm sure happy now that I got Lyna 8 character bundle for my free Premier bundle. She has been removed from the selections and replaced with the new astrowoman.

I like Xiao, the character. Bundle not so much. Which leave me back to Julia, although but the next premier purchase the bundle slelections could be changed. I'm doing the every other month thing which allows me to save a lot overall, and a period I can catch up on a few lower priced items at a nice discount.
Yeah I agree, the bundle doesn't have that many products. It seems the Chloe 9 bundles did okay because they're doing the same thing again. I still picked them up because I really like the hairstyles. The value of these bundles is definitely on the decline.
Julia 9 HD is a Barbara Streisand lookalike generally. I have no middle-aged or old themed characters so I have Walter 9 and Minerva 9 bundles in my sights depending on the work or clothing genres released this month, or sometimes that add a bunch of bundles temporarily to the pot. I'd like to see the Kurt 9 / Nightcrawler bundle added.
whats interesting, the way my cards stack up, I can buy the Julia 9 bundle for $7.92. Not quite free but a great price. I haave just Minerva 9 HD but not the bundle. And the Walter bundle. Yeah, I usually buy the older characters to get away from all the youthful figures. Hard part is finding the old folk clothes.
Yeah I wish there were better selections for the older crowd. I have Minerva and despite her being one of the oldest (pun intended) G9 figures, she still holds up. It has to do with the differences and that she isn't Generic Young Female #5166. Julia is okay-she just folds into the group of models and doesn't see a whole lot of usage from me these days.
that she is only $26 right now might be she isn;t that popular? There are a few bundles at 26, and they are overall bundles I've passed over in the past. The thing is, at $8, I might take a closer look.
Yeah I dunno really. I only thought that because Chloe had number of products in that bundle and did it again today. It's very possible this could just be their business model going forward. I hope not
me too. the bundle prices are overall a lot higher already and with cutting the number of products, even more so. BUT, it is more and more essential to be a Premier member...not sure about DAZ+ though. That double token thing on Monday and Tuesday can really help the overall cost of products, espcially DAZ Original.
Lyna 9 is still in the Premier selection. Do you have Hide Items I Own checked?
FTR, the full list is: Xiao, Lyna, Vicky, Cheyenne, Hanako, Walter, Lahr, Julis, Genghis Khan, & Minerva. I hope they add some more older bundles. I have already bought the ones I'm interested in.

I've forgotten about that Hide checkbox when looking at Premier, myself. I hope you like Lyna. I haven't been able to try her out. (Busy month!) It will be a while before I can get her Add-on. Probably not until it's not New, unless there's a WL deal that doesn't have a pricey buy-in. And I might just buy the 2 items I really want, not the whole bundle.
Lyna is a great character. I like the way her facial features express emotions over many other models like Julia, Olympia and Cecelia. The mouth design, which is similar to Sylvia's, really makes a difference. The body shapes, to me, don't matter because as much I can make an infinite amount of bodies. I'm at the point where it's all about the head shape and skin textures. Give me good of both and I'll grab it. Then you add some cool additional products in the bundle and I'll pick up the entire bundle.
