Just a quick one..
I bought XI Galleon Pirate Ship, and I was wondering if someone could recommend a vast ocean environment, please.

If you just need a big plane of water, there is this freebie:

with decals for boat-wake and whitecaps when necessary added from https://www.daz3d.com/da-big-ocean
I also have these, which I find less realistic for my purposes:

I think all the above are usable for calm seas at small scale (fairly close-up), but are less convincing for rougher seas or larger scales. The Muelsfell set has a lot of options to help you increase realism.
Another possibility, which I've not explored for this purpose, is https://www.daz3d.com/ultrascenery2-realistic-landscape-system
There's a free one by shredder out there
I have Oceanworx and it works pretty well. I don't have the other but I like the name. Describing where all your aquatic adventures occur...yeah in DA BIG OCEAN!
