Need Help with Small World Camera

Trying to do this fish-eye effect with the Small World Camera with no success. Please help 

This may contain: a woman in zebra print clothing blowing bubbles into her mouth with white bubble attached to her nose

    Can you not do it with the standard camera set the focal length to say 15mm and get the camera close to your subject should give you this effect.

    I cant do anything right now as my pc is rendering but thats all the effect is.

    It did not give me the fisheye effect i was looking for but it all worked out.
