I looked into my runtime and found these products that have non-colored nails in them, though one at least is for fake nails:

    https://www.daz3d.com/nail-system-for-genesis-3-and-8-female-s

    https://www.daz3d.com/hand-salon--fake-nails-and-jewelry

https://www.daz3d.com/cosmetics-and-poses--nails - this one has chewed or damaged nails

    https://www.daz3d.com/cc-character-kit-captivating-claws-for-genesis-9

There may be more, but I didn't buy them. I suggest searching for 'nails' or 'nail' or 'claws' in the store.

I don't think I've seen a morph set that changes the shape and size of the nail bed before. They seem to focus on the length and shape of the end of the fingernail. I have some that extend more than the end of the nail, but I don't like to use them for unpainted nails because they stretch the texture with the pink part of the nail bed past the tip of the finger. That doesn't look natural lol. It would be interesting if a nail product included nail bed shaping morphs though.

  • I wonder if, before the picture was posted, I was the only one thinking the OP was referring to some sort of Medieval torture device...

I thought it was a bed of nails too.
  • Mediaeval torture... brilliant! I was hoping to get a really feminine look.

Sorry, but random aside, how do length of nail beds relate to femininty? That's a new one on me and I am geninely curious.

is obviously something that floats OP's boat

This is also completely new to me. My husband, for example, has quite long nail beds, and he's definitely not very “feminine”. I've long noticed that the Genesis generations since G3 have very short nail beds, which always looks a bit clumsy.

  • The world's top hand models always have those and it just seems more feminine to me. And I like the appearance so wondered if there were any.

You could always try adjusting the scaling on the last finger bone on each finger to see if that will get you the look you are after
