Missing items in product library

Ok, so I'm putting together a character and I know I have a few really old items that were always a go to in my runtime. One of which was a John Malis item made for V3 and I wanted to see if I could make it work on G2F, which was the barbarian belt. I can't find it in Studio, so I go to my product library here do a search for 'barbarian' and it's not there. I know I've used it, many times...I can find the texture expansion in my library, but no where do I find that I purchased the base model of the outfit, the sales page shows I can purchase it for 19.95. So I turn around to my other machine and there it is, installed it back in 2006 and there it is in the MMP folder in the geometries folder. I know it's an old item but it makes me wonder what else is showing not purchased when I have...

Can you find the email from the order? Assuming it wasn't a magazine freebie. If so, or if you can work out more-or-less when you bought it, open a Sales Support ticket.
I ran into that situation a lot having been around DAZ and before that Zygote for centuries and have re-purchased several items I used to have such as D-Bot, D-Spot, the Gremlin etc that DAZ no longer had a record for.Since it was so long ago and my email backups are probably in a stack of old cd's that's a mile high (and I lost two years worth of stuff and backups about a decade ago) I just went ahead and got the stuff I still wanted to use. With Barbarian V3 DIM shows I bought it (again) in 2014. That was around the time I was looking for a hat in one of the J. Malis packs I wanted to use again and just went ahead and grabbed a lot of his stuff I used to have.
I had to re-buy the Cyber Kinght for Aiko 3 at some point, and there are a few bits that I thought I had and didn't turn up in the downloads when I pulled everything down again here recently. I have a DAZ-made account backup CD set from ages ago I could always pull out and run through...
Speaking of, there's a service I wish they still had-- Account CD/DVD burns. Whatever happened to that?
With the sizes of today's files, even a DVD burn would take a few postal trucks to carry.
True this... But it would still be nice as an option. Maybe a blu-ray option? I dunno. I know hardx drives fail and servers can eventually be shut down (as happened to the Poserpros stuff) and these things simply cease being legally available. There was some stuff I really miss from my old PP account, and I can't get them back now.
Did you check your orders list? I had a handful of my very first DAZ orders get lost from my Product Library list at some time after the switch to Magento, but my orders list appears to be still intact all the way back, so I was able to convince Support I had actually bought them.
Honestly, it could be that I had copies that were purchased by my roommate at the time. We were using one computer to do the rendering.
Not that it really matters at this point-- Anything missing would be for A3/H3/M3/V3, and I haven't used much of that in forerver.
DAZ stopped offering that years ago, it was too expensive for them. IIRC at one point they were considering a "buy an external hard drive with a backup of all your purchases on it" option, but that never happened.
