Material MDM - No change after apply

Hello, I am new with daz studio. I bought my first model Julia 9 HD and as a part of this model are Female Gens (Julia 9 genitalia female), Male gens and Male gens 2. After appliing this material to model there is no visible change aned after rendering with Nvidia Iray there is no change as well.
Am I doing someting wrong? Thanks

Julia 9 has materials for the Anatomical Elements but not the models, those are in https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-starter-essentials-expansion and need to be loaded before aplying the materials
