Best guess so far: it's a creation of the PA, used only for the promo renders so far.
She's a custom character created by Princess. Legend has it that one day we will get her released as a model herself. She's one of the most inquired models I've seen on the forums lately, so it's a good idea for the PA to at least look into doing it.
