Sales Support Ticket: A Question

There used to be a link to to a page where you could respond to a support ticket. I dont see that anymore. Anyone know where that might be?

    Every time I look at "My Activities" I just get angry. Daz "customer support" is closing dozens of my tickets and marking them "Solved", without resolving anything at all. I usually get no notice that this action has been taken. I have to discover it in "My Activities" myself. Once I got an email saying they were closing an older ticket to concentrate in newer problems. Gee, no thanks a lot!

    thanks..found it. Yep, still open 23 days ago. I gues that's still new as far as the way they respond anymore. There is one in there 7 months old.
