Why doesn't this product mention Iray?
I assume it is for Iray but no mention of it other than texture references.

Strictly speaking, the texture references don't indicate Iray, and their naming convention is closer to 3DL than Iray. That said, you're pretty safe assuming that anything in the store after a certain point several years ago is Iray unless clearly stated otherwise.
Here is a screenshot: as you can see, the material is Iray (PBR metallicity/roughness).
arguably you circled the wrong thing in that screenshot, but same conclusion anyway, (The name of the shader applied to the surface is slightly above that - Iray Uber (MDL))
