Difference between Genesis 2 Base Male UV and Michael 6 UV ?

There are 2 products in the store that I don't know the difference between: Genesis 2 Base Male and Female UVs for Genesis AND Victoria 6 and Michael 6 UVs for Genesis.  Aren't the Genesis 2 Base UV and the Michael 6 UV the same?  What's the difference?  With all the character textures available for Genesis 2 and Michael 6, how do I know if they were made for the Genesis 2 Male base or Michael 6?

    V6 and M6 are different from the base UVs (they are adjusted to minimize stretching for the new shape)

    Products by some Vendors like Silver and FWArt say which UVs they are using in their product page descriptions.

    For example Oliver here says it requires M6 but that is only for the shape - the UV map the texture actually uses is the M5 UV (which is included with the G2M base figure)
