Interesting start, ended on a small cliff hanger. I like.

Good start for the new chapter. A whole bunch of questions we now need answers to. Great way to get the audience's interest.

Spotted the new chapter here this time! Oh there goes the afternoon of some quiet gardening. Lots of great posing and expressions in this one. I can imagine they take the longest time in a scene - wonderful work on those!  Now to see what happens next! smiley

Charlotte still can't find Ben.  And she's losing patience.

I was of course like "No no no Charlotte, you can't tickle his feet! He's going to fall!" Oh dear, now to see what happens next week... sad

All the posing is great - so too the many close-up, mid-distance shot choices and angles. Really helps with the flow! yes

    Ahh.

I take it Charlotte lives somewhere where snakes are venomous and potentially deadly, rather than just giving a jump-scare - not nice. Hope she's Ok

Fortunately, living in the UK, while we have snakes in our garden, they're grass snakes and we encourage them as much as possible, along with Sloworms and Lizards. We have no Adders (the only venomous snake in the UK), and even they are of minor hazard unless you're alergic. Occasionally the wildlife makes our cats jump and bop things in the grass, but there is no significant hazard from anything normally found in the garden. Abnormally found in the garden (like a Black Panther seen in the garden 14 years ago hunting one of our cats), then they can be nominally hazardous, but are usually more frightened of humans than vice-versa.

    Regards,

    Richard

Looks great, and I've been wanting to start reading, but all images up until Chapter 5, are missing.  I've been popping back hoping it was a server issue.

It's a Daz gallery issue. At some point recently, URLs for images in the Daz gallery became auto-generated and expired in 15 minutes (if I remember correctly), rather than just linking to the actual image like it used to.

They're all up on his site linked from his signature banner: https://charlottesmagiclife.com/ Scroll down that page, and you'll see all the collections. It started with the first one there called "Sophia". At the bottom of each chapter page, you can see all the chapters in that collection. smiley

Charlotte lives in New Hampshire, where the only venomous snake is the Timber Rattler, I think.  This is definitely NOT one of those!  I love snakes and have my own pet Honduran milk snake, named Ruby.  Unfortunately, Charlotte is NOT a snake fan.
I too am fortunate enough to see a variety of wildlife out my office window.  Mostly deer and wild turkeys, though I saw a family of armadillos once and a large and very grumpy snapping turtle.  See the little guy who came right up to the back door!  laugh

Yikes. Not keen on the snake, I must admit. Don't know enough about them, so probably would end up being over cautious. Love the fawn. Must have been quite an experience.

Yeah, just go to https://charlottesmagiclife.com. ; FYI, each collection is a different storyline unto itself, so you don't have to start with "Sophia."

No, Richard!  I get tons and tons of spam.  Mostly from Russia.  You wouldn't believe how debased it is.  But I've been trying to block it by IP address and by IP address high and low range.  You're IP must fall in one of the ranges.  If you would DM  me your IP address I will unblock it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.  I value your readership.

Strange. It worked this morning on my tablet, so no worries. Thought it might be a glitch.

Does your tablet connect to the same router, or does it have its own mobile data via a network connection (which would be a different IP, probably from a different group of IPs)?

Always via our router. Our valley is almost entirely mobile data free - it's a narrow , steep sided and twisty valley. Very few houses are in line of sight to the mast, and ours isn't one of the few. However, the point is moot, my tablet is wi-fi only.

    Regards,

    Richard
