It's on the Weekly Freebies page saying Free but in my cart it says $1.99

    Check that you don't have any coupon active.

    For freebies, it's best to get them in their own cart (except when they, rarely, trigger other discounts).

    That's it. The DINO-MADNESS coupon stopped it being free.
