  I'm sure I've seen some G3 or G8 ones recently that could be converted using a paid-for or freebie convertor. I just can't remember where I saw them.... Gaah!

  perhaps try search terms like wizard, conjuring, magic and spells for the overall body shape pose,   and then a hand focused pose set to get the fingers just right
