Reset layout - nothing clickable

Windows 11 - I can see it on the toobar, but nothing on screen. When I click on it, nothing pops up. When I alt-tab, this is all I see:

I've closed the program and reopened. I've rebooted. I've tried the win+arrow to move it if it was off screen. I can open the beta just fine, but this is borked, somehow.
