I had submitted a ticket and just checked my status. They have updated the date to '2026-06-21' but still haven't credited me the months I had left on my previous purchase that was until 2025-09-10. The offer they made to us never said they would wipeout our existing time on our previously paid for DAZ+ purchases.
My guess is that it is a new standard like most subscriptions everywhere (recurring until you cancel). Even the old Daz was technically set to renew automatically and you had to go in and cancel the renewal.
You should have had a discount for the remaining months - reflecting what you paid for them.
I'm still not getting a discount for my remaining Premier months that CS gave me in exchange my DAZ+ months and also still have not received a reply to my ticket which is now 11 days old regarding this
As you can see I have PayPal listed and I removed auto-payment to DAZ 3D Inc, but still I would like an email confirming my end date. I don't require it on the Membership page, although that would be nice.
I did get my DAZ Plus coupons for April.
I was in a similar boat, however I was keen not to miss on the 15 month offer for premier and so I signed up then submitted a ticket to get store credit for any discount I was due for my one year left of DAZ+. I have no idea if or when I get any discount, but since CS are likely to be snowed under due to all this, I am not expecting a resolution of my ticket for several weeks, so I subscribed now rather than wait.
