car asks for Architools serial number and then does nothing when you hit enter

carr 8.5 pro 64 bits.
Program popup asks for ArchiTools serial number put in it and click okay,
Nothing zip zilch just sits there does show a thinking gizmo or a not responding message ... but does let you hit the ok button over and over again with the same results of nothing.
After you cancel the attempt to put in the serial number it pops up another screen that say the installed version is a demo version which means it no longer activates the product?

edit, I see it still needs a serial supplied, maybe rightclick and run Carrara as administrator

thanks... I think it's more a case of daz non-support since the program isn't processing the serial number they sold me?
Will try to play with it later.
I fact I think I download them the other day from Wendy's link to your page.
And more interesting looking stuff today ... now I have to find time for carrara
RuudL has compiled serial free versions so are a better option I will likely download too for future use
