    Membership management page should display what membership you have and if/how it will renew, but there's currently a display bug and for some members it displays "base" level while their membership is actually stll active (and they get the benefits). 

    If you didn't switch explicitely to Premier membership you most likely are considered a Daz+ member.

    Since Premier membership was introduced, Monthly was the only option to purchase or renew a Daz+ / Premier membership. That is, until this morning, because there's now a yearly option too.

    If you don't buy a membership you become a "base" member, and yes you keep access to your library except Premier-exclusive content like the Premier plugins or the Premier-exclusive add-on characters for Core figures which are only available while you have an active premier membership.

    Thank you. That updo looks great and I'm wishlisting it right away. :) No, forget that. It happens that I already have Kaede 9 HD Character Bundle wishlisted. :) However, I agree with Anonymous Poster that she does not look like Victoria 9 much, though. Perhaps it's Victoria's skin on a different model. That's assuming that Victoria 9's freckles are optional, since the model in the promo does not look freckled. I wouldn't know since I haven't worked with Victoria much yet.

    At any rate, the art is by Cake One. At least, that's what Daz Studio says. I even tried browsing her catalog to see if I could find the model, but to no avail.

    Thank - yeah, potentially some sort of foundation LIE make up applied on top, but I'd be really interested to find out if it is V9 or another model!

    Thank you. I hadn't thought about the possibility that it is indeed Victoria 9 but with the skin of a different character. It's unfortunate that I don't have Ariel in my library to try. Well, to my wishlist she goes.

    I tried this out, the skin is close - but I can confirm its niether the default victoria face shape (I dont think) or that skin.

    So, the coupon for the character bundles, and the Daz Starter Essentials, plus Head and Body Shape packs will be REMOVED from my account if my membership lapses.
    Is this correct?

    But I DO get to KEEP the items I buy with the first two coupons even if my membership lapses?
    Is this correct?

    Sorry if I am not clear, I have to sift through over 600 pages to see what items off my 400+ item wishlist are actually on sale.

    The Name # Characxter Biundles remain, the add-ons shapes for Name # characters don't. I am not sure about rhe head/body morphs - are they available through DIM or only through Daz Connect (if you had not previously purchased them)?

    I've decided to cancel my Premier membership (just a pause rather than a permanent cancellation). I've cancelled the auto pay in my PayPal account. Is there anything I need to do in my DAZ account?

    Canceling the automatic payment on Paypal probably did the trick and I guess that's why you don't see how to cancel your membership in the page Elor mentioned to you. I'm attaching a screenshot of mine anyway.

    Thanks, Jumbotron! I never saw a button like that on my membership page, which is why I went to PayPal to cancel the automatic payment.

    I did a quick search, but I didn't find the answer. Lot of pages.

    I've used my Daz+ monthly coupon. I'm at base membership now. If I sign the Premier membership, do I get new coupons or not?

    Yes, you'll get new Premier coupons to use.

    Is the Outlet store working for Premier memberships?  I can add items to my cart but the are still the full Outlet price, not the half prie.  Even when when I go to check out.  I just wonder if it's not working anymore now there's mixed values even though it clearly says half price.  I've tried adding 5 items at the same price (as that's what it used to be to get half price) but it's still the same.  I'm probably missing something like adding a code now but anyone else got the same problem?

    They show the discounted price on the product page - try viewing the page in an anonymous session, so you aren't logged in, and it will probably be twice as much.

    So my latest daz subscription was paid out today (an automatic payment with PayPal). I think I’m still on the legacy quarterly payment subscription, so $24 paid. I got the usual notification from PayPal to say the money had been paid. I then however received a second email from PayPal saying,

    “DAZ Productions Inc cancelled your automatic payments. This means that we'll no longer automatically draw money from your account to pay the merchant. If you have any questions, you may ask DAZ Productions Inc about this cancellation.”

    Just wondering why this has happened. I haven’t changed anything my end and the payment went through as normal. Could this be anything to do with the fact I’m still using the older quarterly payment subscription model. Any advice on what’s going on would be greatly appreciated  

    I've also sent this to support, but thought I'd also post it here to see if anyone else has experienced something similar :/

    Quarterly subscription doesn't exist anymore so there's indeed a good chance that it's related.

    I'd like to subscribe to the discounted yearly plan ($69), but I seem to be locked ino the normal rates for the monthly and annual plans. If I try to switch to an annual plan now, it's $199/year.  Would I need to cancel my current subscription, then rejoin to get the discounted rate?

    Where do you see a $69 price for yearly Premier membership? That's the price of yearly Daz+ membership.

    You're right, very sorry, I guess I didn't notice because I kept seeing ads for it as well as a notification, and it didn't make sense to me why they would be pushing me to downgrade my subscription.  :)  Thanks for pointing it out.

    I have premier membership now, because i wanted to buy a lot of items from the quick-grab. It states you get extra 60% discount if you're Daz+ or Premier member. But all the prices stayed the same for me after purchase of my premier account. Sure, some prices are already really good with discounts over 90% at the moment, but I feel like I bought the premier membership for nothing now.

    Does something go wrong, or did I just misunderstand how these discounts work?
