Looks like shots from the "Arcane" series
Amazing! Insta-cart buy after using your CNSRD Toon for Mira 9, which is a great and versatile product. Great to see a male version to play around with and hope that this is a series of products that you do different skin tones and types (ie different ethnicities, freckled, etc).

My hope is to continue the product line for as long as I can justify it, with different ethnicities being my main aim. The inspiration is the series "Arcane", to not have diversity would be a crime given just how beautifully the show itself handles it. With mira I included freckles, but here I avoided them because I'm planning on a sort of "skin builder" product that could potentialy include all the sorts of things one might want to make their own unique look.
Hopefully I have the opportunity to continue!
As with the one for Mira 9, this went straight into my cart as well. Great work on this. I'd love a 'skin builder' type of product for this line that can do variations and different skin ethnicities! Pretty please!!!

I don't have Lucas. Can you show renders on other characters? I'm assuming it would work if it's mostly a texture, right?
I have to say, I'm biased but I think it works quite well on the ladies too. If I do say so myself:

Great product, Censored! I plan on picking it up this week and doing some of my trademark showcases! If we get a character bundle tomorrow I'll definitely incorporate it with wgarever we get, too!
Oh is it? Is it Lucas straight out of the box, or is it mixed with an anime base?

I tend to get the weekly character bundles and do renders of them in their dedicated threads. Its not an official thing, just something I personally like to do. From time to time, I'll get other products like I did with the Mira's Toon skin and do a bunch of renders, too!

So you don't have to have Lucas to use this?
You may want to consider asking them to change the product page then as Lucas is listed as a required product.
And may I ask if Lucas isn't required then why market it like this, why not just sell it as a G9 texture set?
Ah, I see! That sounds lovely, It always makes me happy to see people enjoying the new releases, whether they are mine or not. I just enjoy people engaging in art, and that sounds like a great way to do it!

That's a fair question, I've often wondered whether I should change the way I market it, but ultimately with the style I paint in, is very heavily influenced by facial structure and I use that to inform the look of the skins. So while it can be used on different characters, I would say thats more of "Oh, it happens to look really good on this one!" as opposed to it just "working", like there are some I would say it really just doesn't work on. And with the marketing being geared towards it in it's best possible state, which is on the character I used to inform it's design, I put Lucas as a requirment to make it abundantly clear that to get the look I went for, a certain character is required.
For example, if I painted these on the base genesis 9 I think it would just simply lack any sort of "character" or "design" if you see what I mean?
Wel, yes, the anime base was added in. What I wanted to show was that the Toon Mira set works well on a male character so Toon lucas 9 should work well on a female character. :)
I love the asthetic. I can see how the painted texture would rely in the character shape.
I'm not someone who uses most characters as they load, and don't get an acceptable shape from G9, but it's really fantastic work.
Does it work with FilaToon or one need to render in iray?
Hi there! It's entierly a FilaToon product, I don't believe I've actually tried it in iray
Here's the new Willia 9 with the Lucas skin! It gives her a more realistic and mature look too!
That's OK, thanks. I rarely use characters out of the box anyway and I just purchased it and will try it on other characters and mixes.

Your products also work with Willia, which was a deliberate test, too. Because she has unique eyes, even among the recent anime products. You'd have to load her first, then apply the skin. If you load Lucas/Mira's toon model, then remove Lucas, and add Willow, the issue because with the eyes. An easy fix-delete them, then reload the toon socket and iris. For my test I just loaded the Lucas skin on her. It works!
