Looking for Heeled Flip-Flop Assets

I’m looking for heeled flip flop assets for Daz 3D. If anyone has or knows where I can find high-quality models, please share. I’m also open to commissions if anyone is available to create them.

I found two that while not thongs with heels but they are open-toed with slight heels that are designed for the beach.

I found them in my runtime for casual/vacation/beach/swim type clothing. Try searching on those terms in the store and maybe there are more outfits with the sandal/pump you are looking for included?

I know, the main focus is on the dress, but it comes with a kind of shoes, that might work for you.

I don't knoow about the OP, but I could use them - what are they part of - I'm not having much luck tracking back from the picture.

There's a pretty good chance Felis made it themself.

Yes, it is my own creation. They are modelled and rigged for G8F.

    I will pack them.

Ah ah: I'm creating a 'cover' render to add metadata for the nice flip-flop by felis, and while trying multiple dress / skirts and I ended with the Bardot Outfit, because it's included in the dForce Starter Essentials, which is… I kid you not, provided with heeled flip-flop laugh

For a reason I don't know, it won't appear in your account on the website (except if you did buy it before Daz added it to anyone's account through the dForce Starter Essentials) but if you want another pair of heeled flip-flop, you got one in your account already (in Daz Studio, search for bardot in smart content or go to People:Genesis 8 Female:Clothing:Bardot Outfit in your Content Library):

Funny - I searched in store where I didn't find anything. Then I and looked in my library, and there I didn't see them. (the image could show them better).

But at least I learned how to rig heels cheeky

    Well, dayum!

One of these days, when I have a spare month or so, I'm going to walk the runtime and tag, catalog, and identify EVERYTHING so I can find them by keyword searches.

Shout out to Felis for the upload!

@Elor - thanks for finding this; Nice as is, but play with the textures, add a fancy earring or brooch on the instep strap and a bit of glitter on the heel and they're suitable for a fancy occasion. @felis - just what I was looking for - something casual, suitable for houseworlk or shopping. Again, by playing with the textures they become suitable for high-end casual wear.

When I woke up this morning, I saw updates to this thread that referred to the free dress outfit with flip flop pumps that came with the dForce default resources package in Oct 2017. I couldn't understand how I missed it and went looking for it. Not only could I not find the outfit, I couldn't find the resources. I have searched DIM, my libraries on both my Mac and Win computers and they are missing. But all the mentions here are missing too. Did I imagine it? Or was there a removal of all references to it from the forum? I have also searched the forum threads as best I could but it is like it never existed.

Can anyone explain this? And point me to the outfit if it now for sale?

    Thanks, Mary

The link is at the bottom of Elor's message - https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-bardot-outfit-for-genesis-8-female-s and it is on sale. But don't buy it; fire up DIM, search on Starter Essentials, scroll down to dForce Starter Essentials, right-click on the product and select Show Installed Files - it's at the top of the list.

It won't show up in smart content and it won't show as purchased in the store because of the way its been added.

Thank you very much @namffuak. I found it like you said, even dForce Starter Essentials which was driving me nuts too. On my Win 11 computer it had no metadata. When it was first released I remember it did have that and showed up in Smart Content though. I wonder why it was stripped off?

I never could remember the name of the outfit, or even other outfits to be honest. Except maybe the school ones and Santa Claus. I am a visual person and I register and remember the thumbnails and now they are being replaced willy nilly.

On that note, my migraine has eased a bit with your help!

    Mary

    Edit to correct typo.

I know the need has been answered but I just ran across another outfit that has this style of thong sandals with a heel. You can't see them in the promo shots at all, only when you look at the actual footwear after you buy the product. https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-fiesta-dress-for-genesis-8-and-81-females. It does amaze me that a dancer could keep them on while dancing! I would have trouble keeping them on just walking.

I just thought that if anyone comes across this thread looking for this style of sandal, adding one they may own already might help them.
