Looking for a character

I’m trying to find/create this character. I asked the user that made these renders, but he doesn't remember / doesn't want to tell me anything. It's not from Crocodile Liu page in the official store and the first render with this model was made back in 2021, so i’m not even sure it’ G8. The hairstyle seems the one found in Crocodile Liu “Simei”/ “Hotba“ but the face seems completely different from any of the models from that page. Does someone also know where I can find a similar eyeshadow makeup? I see darker color both above and below the eye, but I don’t have it in my bundles.
