    I'm in trouble...  Downloading as I type this, hopefully the texture packs don't disappear before I can get paid and buy them!

    Yeah, that's pretty much what I did. At first, I thought I'd invest in them now and use them when the DAZ Studio Whatever comes out, but even with the need to keep new nVidia card users engaged there's still no clue as to when that will lhappen. I did do that back in August, 2021 when we were told that Filament did work on the Mac with the pre-beta; I purchasde a number of Filament products and scripts but those purchases have sat for almost four years untouched. 

    I haven't used Genesis 9 very much;I don't see a male version of Willow, can Willow be morphed to "William" to have a male version or do we need to wait for an actual male?

    There are mats for male nipples and anatomical elements so if you just add your own male morph, I'm sure you can. I'll try right now.

    Here is Willow as a male. The shorts and hair already come free with Daz.

    I'm having a weird problem and I'm not sure if it's the hair, Willow, or all FilaToon characters, still trying to figure it out. When I load Willow then add a non-FilaToon hair, the hair will not accept any FilaToon shaders OR even the iRay uber shader! I had to start a new empty scene, load just the hair, use the FilaToon shader then save the hair as a scene subset. I've never seen anything like this before! Can anyone else try loading Willow and any older hair and see if they can use FilaToon shaders?

    And finally after too much work to get this hair to work and it would still require a lot of postwork... Willow mixed morph with added makeup/brows, Tesha hair by Wolfie which I thought for sure would look great Filatooned but it didn't come out as I'd hoped.

    I enlarged her pupils and made a custom morph for her mouth, to fit her head better than the autogenerated mouth morph (at least in my opinion.)

    Willow to William

    Dialed out the female body.
    Then:
    base anime masculine 100%, 
    the base masculine 100%,
    Michael 9 Anime proportions 100%
    Willow 9 head 100%
    Anime Body Muscular Masculine 40%
    Toon Kid 10% (made the head bigger in proportion to the body).
    Dilate pupils 100%
    The Willow Head maintains the eye shape.

    Now I can play around with other head/body shapes to create different characters

    Looks great! I am vaguely familiar with ST: Lower Decks and from recollection it's a good match for that that style. My first thought of Willow was that it's Ricky and Morty based but Lower Decks is a better approximation. I posted this in product suggestions a couple months back, but I would love a similar toon style shape and shader for Star Wars: Clones Wars/Bad Batch. That would be useful and great inhop.

    I rather liked the idea of the story premise of ST:LD, but TBH I'm still disgusted with the cheap-buttocks*ed Rick&Morty style artwork that they used. The Filmation artwork was far superior in the 1970's with TAS.

    Decent work they put into the ship, corridors, and rooms, though. So, I went ahead and broke down to get these bundles, but it still may take me a while to warm up to ever getting the episodes to watch....and when I do, maybe I'll just pretend to be blind by closing my eyes and listen to the audio only. frown

    I've had the flu for the last few days, and now that I'm more coherent, I'll definitely pick up Willow 9's bundles.  I'll have to wait until tomorrow as I lost my gold star from not purchasing anything the last few days.  I like that she has a distinct style compared to the other Filatoons out there.  And I'm also biased toward Star Trek themed stuff.  wink

    On top of March Meh Ness now they are asking to pay for iray extra on top of base like it was a addon for an old 3DL product.

    I have nothing against toon stuff, but asking extra for iray is a new low by DAZ.

    Not the first time that's happened. Some of the Astaroth 9 items, the guitars I think, are the same way. I do consider it a money grab. The store has plenty of products released with Iray & 3DL in the same package, and before that, both Poser & 3DL. It's one thing if an artist wants to do a separate shader add-on for an older product (like some of Jack Tomalin's classics), but quite another to split up a new model into 2 products that way.

    I just looked up Star Wars: The Bad Batch. It reminds me of almost an Arcane animation style. I think to get that look, the character's textures themselves actually have to have some handpainted elements on them. That would be my best guess for achieving that kind of style, as I don't think shaders alone can create that style.

    Oh man, I'm sorry you've been sick! I hope you feel better soon! I'm a fan of the Willow 9 character too and look forward to picking her up when I get paid (the list is growing longer of the stuff I want to pick up ASAP). RawArt's Koyoteh character being one of them. I'm actually curious to mix his character with Willow or one of the other toon characters to see if I can get a Toon Koyoteh! lol A toon werewolf would be fun!

    has anyone seen the Willa free premeier character show up yet? Its been about 24 hours or so (I figure it will take longer).

    I love these fila toon characters and sets. I also appreciate everyone who makes new toons and new looks for them. I especially like the converters for non-filatoon items.

    Oh my gosh, that's way too cute! smiley You've convinced me. I wasn't that keen on Willow 9, but if we can get mixes like these, I'll definitely get her sooner than later. It's also nice to see that Willow can be changed to Will easily enough. I guess that settles it.

    A bit late to the party but here's one i did with a toonized version of Koa in the neon hot tub.  "Did you say mutiny?  So, it's treason then.  Soon you'll join the last one who tried that in his little prison next to me."

    BTW, I find it rather amusing they made the bundle to highlight the "Lower Decks" series .... considering that the ship seems to be *missing* some of those "Lower Decks" wink If you look closely at the wall panels by the Bridge's turboelevator door, they've still got the full Constellation Class's Secondary Hull and Warp Nacells posted in the diagram.

    Also, I tried fitting the Bridge to the Saucer and found they are a respective 5:1 scale, but they seem to be using This Deck Design where the artist put forward an idea that the Bridge might sit rather deeply recessed down into Deck 2 (see pg 7 of that .php).

    Haha thanks!  And while I received the toon style TOS room with Miss Willow 9, I used your Easy Filatoon to convert the doll-sized Koa and his hot tub container into the Filatoon style.   Your product is awesome!
