Metadata and Clean up of Files

Greetings I have been working on cleaning up my files and getting them all to one drive.

I have downloaded new Gen 8 and Gen 9 content for the first time in years so I need to get it to be seen in the Smart Content as it is easier to create from there.

However, I downloaded content that was Daz-friendly but not installed. Just a manual copy and paste into the proper folders. How do I get it to show up in the Smart Content tab?

Currently I am only seeing the Base install Poses.

Please and thank you.

Scott

If they have metdata then you can use the Content DB Maintenance dialogue (from the Content Library pane option menu, the lined/"hamburger" button in the top corner) and select Reimport Metadata. Otherwise have the thing they should be compatible with selected and drag their icons from the Content Library into the desired C ategory in Smart content, then tell it what type of file they are (if they haven't already had their type set).

Please remember not to put textured nude figues in your screenshots.

OK, I will look into that. Did I put a textured char up by accident?
