  note to mods, offsite links are to discontinued and free software not competing commercial software though P3DO does have a paid version too

  Dunno about Rocket Ship 3d, but I'm a big fan of P3DO Explorer, a great way to preview mocap files.

  Indeed it is, I check routinely for updates.  Unlike Carrara  ... although happily Carrara still works great for my short animations.  No need to think how to do something, just what do I want to do.  That's the hard part, and the fun part.
