Can we export to Reallusion Character Creator 4 if we upgrade to Premier? WE could export as fbx to get into cc4.

Upgrading to Premier tier has nothing to do with exporting figures to CC4.... Exporting to FBX is still the only way to send figures to CC4 by now.
Even exporting to CC4 via FBX means that it is still a CC4 character. It basicaly projects DAZ Genesis 3, 8 and 9 shapes onto a CC4 figure.
The second option would be to import a DAZ figure mesh into CC4 and rig it by using acu rig (or something). This should work, but you still have to put all the extra work in it to create JCMs, in order to have some kind of realistic joint bendings, which is a hell lot of work.
