loading a purchased toon generation 2

Hi i am new to using daz, i have recently purchased the Toon generations 2 essentials for genisis 3 package and i am struggling to load the characters.

it allows me to load but shows warning saying it is unable to load and then just loads a very plain cube based character with no detail. any help appreciated

    That means that the model or possibly soem part of the additional data either cannot be found or cannot be read. What is the exact error message (check the end of Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File justa fter it fails to load), and how did you install?

    Look at the store product page for the product you purchased. Check to be sure you have installed all required products shown in that section. You probably need Genesis 3 Starter Essentials, for example.
