I just bought this new product. I put a hair on the model. I select the surface then use the hair shader. It has no effect. How does this product work?

    I did exactly as what you did, the shader presets all worked... What hair did you use?

    It was not a fiber based hair but the promo did not say that it only works on fiber based hair. Is this like omni hair?

    This shader product is for Iray Uber shader only.  I don't think they can bring you good results on SBHs.... though I've not tried.
