Really Love the Ultimate Fighting sets

I really wish we could post reviews of products. I bought the Ultimate Fighting bundle, but thought I would have to sell it back, fearing that the poly count would be too high but I took a chance because other sets I have gotten by Polish looked like they would kill my system, but did not (there is one exception, but it's an older set). The Ultimate Fighting sets look great but doesn't drain my resources. I so wish more environments were like this.

Post links to the product page in your message here, so those links show up in a Daz Deals section of the product page. It is the link to the product page that makes your forum message accessible from the product page. That is the closest you can come to a product review, I think. People looking at the product page, who have Daz Deals, will see a link to your forum message and read that you are pleased with the products.

An example is attached. There are already 4 forum message links, but not your message, because you haven't linked the product page (yet?)

Daz doesn't have reviews for products on the product pages because it's too easy to leave a bad review for nefarious reasons. You can do forum posts like this.

Folks from Daz better learn how other sites like rendo, blendermarket... etc. do product review ~~

I do feel the Renderosity way of doing a review is actually quite good, and think that it'd be a useful addition.

If you have bought the item, then you can make a review posting. A review without a purchase is not really fair on the vendor, as it's not possible for the reviewer to have any authority behind the review, regardless of the plausibility of what they say. Furthermore, the review window should open around a month after purchase, so as to give a reasonable time for issues to be solved if they were going to be solved (if left unsolved - this is also important information that should not be concealed). The review is then moderated to remove the nefarious reviews (identified by Frank0314 above) prior to it being made visible. After that, the reviewer can only delete their review.

If reviews like this were introduced, there would probably be a heavy load on the moderation team as users who feel particularly strongly about certain products catch up with their purchases, but it'd probably settle down into a manageable workload once the initial peak passed.

    Regards,

    Richard

Thanks for sharing your impressions of the UFC sets. I really like them, they fit in well with my 3D world. I have some assets by Polish as well, and I'm pleased with all of them.

Just go to the product's product page, and copy the URL from your browser address bar. Come here to your message and click the link icon. Paste in the URL you copied. Click on the Target tab and select New Window (_Blank). Click the OK button.

You will only see the resulting link on the product page, if you subscribe to Daz Deals. I'm not sure whether it is available in the free version or only the pro version of Daz Deals.

Yea sorry I didn't actually seem to have it installed. I shop here so little these days that I hadn't really missed it.

A third party browser extension that makes organizing your shopping here at the DAZ 3D store. You can find more information on their thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/454726/announcing-daz-deals-browser-add-on-ii/p1
