Might be really cool if it worked for Genesis 8. None of my results work with the Genesis 9 eyes. Trying to fix those freaking eyes... Argh I am So not used to Genesis 9!!!

My Yellow pane doesn't have all of the options I see in the video or the documentation. No gender selection, no Number of Variants, no Auto-Localize or Localize and View... What Gives? Why?

Even without those, however, I did a first try with it and it really worked nice!

But I'd like to have those extra options available to me.

That happened to me and the reason was I had Genesis 9 installed through DIM, but also apparently with connect... removing the connect version fixed it.

  • I had to same issue as everyone else nothing was generating. I changed the prompt nada UNTIL I hit clear and all of a sudden it started applying the morph! Hope this helps!

How, may I ask, do you determine if you have the connect version installed? I only use DIM for consistency, but I can't always tell what might happen "behind the scenes" so to speak. As I'm having the same lack of options I'd like to resolve this to at least give it a try without wasting more than the single token I already did. Thanks.

One way would be to right-click on the product container (the "folder" under Products in the Content Library pane, or the product thumbnail that you double-click to see the files in Smart content>Products) and see if there is an Uninstall option.

Bro, those options belonged to version 1.0. Then the author removed them in the latest version for certain reasons... without updating PDF ~~

Interestingly, if you click on a completed job and choose "Copy", you get a chunk of text that contains the prompt and assorted other metadata about the job, including:

    Gender : neutral
    Variants : 1

It looks to me as if the 'Gender' and 'Number of Variants' were features that were present during the beta -- and so included in the documentation, and in the underlying representation of the job -- but were backed-out before the final (?) release.

'Gender' might have been a hint to the AI engine to make the figure more male or more female; maybe it didn't work quite right, or they decided that they didn't need it after all. And I can imagine that they might have wanted to remove the ability to generate multiple variants at once in order to reduce load on their servers or to speed up response times. Yellow is actually pretty fast; you don't have to wait that long for jobs to complete. But if everyone were generating 4 variants at once, things might be noticeably slower.

Yellow does feel a bit like a work in progress, but it's quite fun in its way. It would be interesting to know if they plan to add more DAZ figures to the "gene pool" as time goes by. That might give it more range, especially if non-human characters like Astaroth or Lycan are included, but training AI models is costly and delicate, so they may not want to do that too often.

  • I got mine to work and I'm fairly happy with the morphs...until I try to pose them! The arms look like rubber. The fingers grow 12 inches long! Did they not test this thing out before they launched it?

  • It's working now! Great!
