What items are they? Sometimes it's stuff that is now vaulted or products that were split like the G9 series Pro bundles now being a character bundle and an add-on bundle.
Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio application topic.
They are things that have been removed from the store - Frank is right about the bundles, but in the case of PA items it is probably either that the PA has left or at least that they no longer feel the product is up to their current standards. It is unlikely they will come back.

Probably an oversight, but we will ask.
I have once had an inactive item from my wishlist become active again, when an artist who had left for another store returned to Daz. Once, in the almost 14 years I've been here.
I noticed this with Wukong Pro bundle
...the ones I wish would return are the original Section 15, Fencing and Perforated Metal Shaders, Dark Skin Texture Merchant Resource for G3 & G8, and City Building Facade Shader Collection.
I hope Hypertaf comes back some day, lots of cute critters. This pose pack for their capuchin monkey still works for other Genesis 9.

Some other such products are rather orphaned now since the original character is deactivated and not based on the Genesis line.
