Can dforce runs on AMD GPU?

What is the fastest AMD GPU right now?
is it RX 9070 XT

in context of dforce performance, to which nvidia card does it comparable?

dForce uses OpenCL 1.2+ to simulate... you should be able to make it with NVIDIA / AMD card or CPU.
