filatoon greying out

Greetings all, I'm having an issue when using filatoon figures. I'll set my figure and do some posing and renders then the materials will just grey out. I've switched to Iray and it comes in but when i switch back to filatoon or texture shaded its greyed out. I have to close daz and reopen to get it back. Has anyone one else had this issue or knows why its happening. 

Any insight is greatly apprciated.

    Firstly, make sure you've installed the latest Default Resource for Daz Studio 4.23+ in DIM. Load Basic Filatoon Environment in Genesis 9 Starter Essentials... see if it works.
