Any way to mitigate dforce hair animation from moving around so much?

Any way to mitigate dforce hair animation from moving around so much?

In the gif below is an animation I created but you can see the hair is sliding around like Medusa head snakes.

Is there a way to kinda stop that from happening? I know its interacting with the bed covers but still it looks pretty unnatural.

Thanks!

That looks very natural to me. I can only see the static image, though.

You gif image doesn't animate... and that looks pretty natrual to me as well. I see no big issue from the image per se.
