  There used to be one similar but not on sales now ~~ http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/70755/start ; The accessories work well with custom shaders.

  Actually you can make them yourself... with simple modeling.

  I expect this set, https://www.daz3d.com/hand-salon--fake-nails-and-jewelry will not fit your needs, but maybe the base can be used if you can find the appliances to add to the nails? 3DStyle's store has another product for nails but again, not with those little eyes or other things you show. But again, maybe https://www.daz3d.com/fabulous-nails-for-genesis-9 can provide a base?

  Wow, this one is lovely! Exactly what I need. Why isn't this for sale anymore?

  The PA seems still to be active, so no clue.
