First, my guess is that it is https://www.daz3d.com/fe-short-hair-vol-1-for-genesis-8-male-and-female with a Filatoon shader. Second include a link with your question so we can see the product upclose.

Thanks, yeah I own those products but the hair is not there, hence I am trying to find it.

Maybe the HS Toon Bob Hair with the back extra short?
Yeah! Is this one, I overlooked it because it looked made for the genesis 9 female but looking closer its is actually that one used for male too.
